- If unloading equipment is unavailable, a $100β$150 service fee may apply within 30β45 days after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Return window: 7 business days from delivery for damaged or missing parts.
- Buyers must report issues within this period with photos and diagnostic codes if applicable.
- If damage is accepted at delivery with a POD signature, the return request may be denied.
- Approved returns may incur a 25β35% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
- Minor cosmetic damage or missing accessories do not qualify for return.
- Refunds are processed within 7β10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
