InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) provides a 30-day standard warrantyfrom the date of delivery on all pre-owned parts. This warranty policy ensures product reliability while protecting both buyers and sellers under clearly defined conditions.
Warranty Coverage
- Duration: 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Eligibility: Warranty applies only to parts installed by a certified technician or licensed mechanic.
- InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) sells only engine and transmission blocks. Accessories such as alternators, starters, power steering pumps, A/C compressors, sensors, wiring harnesses, manifolds, torque converters, and similar components may be included complimentarily but are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty coverage applies only to broken or damaged engine or transmission blocks.
Condition Requirements:
- Part must remain in its original condition and packaging.
- New gaskets, seals, and fluids must be installed during installation.
Resolution Options:
- Replacement: If a part is verified as defective, a similar quality replacement part will be shipped.
- Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Labor costs including installation, removal, or diagnostics are not covered under any circumstances.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:
- No Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) report from a certified mechanic.
- Installation performed by unlicensed technicians or DIY installations.
- Failure to replace engine seals, gaskets, or fluids.
- Damage caused by improper installation, insufficient lubrication, or missing components.
- Parts modified or returned without original packaging.
- The warranty period has expired.

InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) may request the part to be returned for inspection. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the part is verified as defective.
Claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, return instructions and shipping details will be provided.
Return Window & Conditions
- Return window: 7 business days from delivery for damaged or missing parts.
- Customers must report issues within this period and provide supporting photos.
- If delivery is accepted with a POD signature despite visible damage, the return request may be denied.
- A 25% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business daysafter inspection of the returned part.
Limitation of Liability
InfoAutoParts ( by Rock AutoCare) is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of parts.
- Shipping delays or transit damage
- Missed service appointments
- Incorrect shipping address or order information provided by the buyer
Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refundof the defective part.
